Reading / Numeracy Workshop

Today, we taught the year 1's how to subtract! We decided to use many different strategies to to help them....

The reading workshop is going to transform into a numeracy AND reading workshop as of January. The children will stick to the same partners, however will be teaching simple numeracy and reading skills to the year 1's on alternate weeks. This will help the children to secure their basic numeracy skills which they can then apply to their own learning!
